work with me

Most people don’t need help booking travel. They need help making it feel effortless.

I design and manage trips for clients who want fewer decisions, smoother days, and the confidence that someone experienced is handling the details from start to finish.

how it works

A Better Way to Plan Travel

From first inquiry to post-trip follow-up, this process is designed to reduce decisions, manage details, and create a smoother, more restorative travel experience.

01

Discovery & Inquiry

You’ll start with a short inquiry form to confirm timing, budget comfort, and overall alignment. This ensures a good fit before moving forward and keeps the process efficient for everyone.

If it’s not the right match, I’ll let you know early and point you in the right direction when possible.

02

Consultation & Assessment

Qualified inquiries move to a consultation.

This is a focused assessment—not a brainstorming session—designed to clarify your goals, preferred pace, constraints, and what has or hasn’t worked on past trips.
The outcome is clarity on how best to support you and what level of planning will serve you well.

03

Proposal, Planning Fee & Onboarding

After the consultation, I outline the recommended scope of service, deliverables, planning fee, and timeline.
Once we’re aligned, the planning fee is confirmed and onboarding begins. You’ll receive a welcome overview, a detailed intake questionnaire, and clear communication expectations so everything stays simple and low-stress from the start.
Planning begins only after this step is complete.

04

Planning & Booking

I curate one or two thoughtful trip directions based on your goals, pace, and constraints—no endless options.
I manage supplier coordination, booking strategy, and logistics from start to finish, leveraging preferred partnerships for added benefits when available.
You’re involved in key decisions only.
No spreadsheets. No decision fatigue.

05

Pre-Departure & Travel Support

Before departure, you’ll receive a polished itinerary, key travel notes, and clear support details.
During travel, I remain available behind the scenes. If plans shift due to delays, weather, or logistics, you’ll receive an updated plan—without having to troubleshoot.

06

Post-Trip & Ongoing Planning

After you return, I follow up to gather feedback and close the loop.
This helps refine future trips and ensures each experience builds on the last. Many clients return for ongoing planning, milestone travel, or seasonal escapes.

Frequently asked questions

These answers cover the most common questions about how I work, who this process is best for, and what you can expect when planning travel together. If you’re wondering whether this approach is the right fit for you, start here.

You gain clarity, cohesion, and relief from managing the details yourself.

Booking on your own often means sorting through endless options, weighing tradeoffs, and holding the entire plan in your head. My role is to design the trip as a whole—narrowing choices, sequencing details, and managing logistics so travel doesn’t feel like another project.

You’re not paying for reservations. You’re paying for fewer decisions, smoother days, and the confidence that someone is responsible for how the trip actually unfolds. When plans change or questions come up, you’re not starting over or troubleshooting alone.

When available, I also leverage preferred relationships that can add value you typically won’t receive booking independently—such as room upgrades, resort or spa credits, priority waitlisting, or more flexible check-in or checkout. These benefits aren’t guaranteed, but they often enhance the overall experience.

Yes. I charge a planning fee for custom trip design, coordination, and support.

The fee allows me to focus on what’s best for your experience—not just what’s easy to book—and covers the time spent designing, coordinating, and supporting your trip before, during, and after travel.

In addition to expert planning, clients may receive partner perks when available, including room upgrades, on-property credits, and priority support that typically aren’t accessible through self-booking.

Planning fees are discussed transparently before we begin.

End-to-end planning and coordination: research, itinerary design, supplier communication, booking strategy, pre-departure preparation, and support while you’re traveling. No hourly billing. No surprise fees.

Commission alone doesn’t cover the time, expertise, and behind-the-scenes work involved in designing and managing a high-quality trip. The planning fee ensures dedicated service, proactive support, and objective recommendations.

Wellness-forward travel, luxury cruising, experiential adventures, and thoughtfully paced itineraries. Trips that feel restorative, intentional, and well considered—without unnecessary complexity.

Most trips I plan are mid-to-high range, where thoughtful planning and partnerships make a meaningful difference. Budget comfort is discussed early so we’re aligned from the start.

I provide curated flight guidance and recommendations so your trip flows smoothly. In some cases I may book flights; in others, I’ll help you choose the best option and timing without directly ticketing. This will always be clear upfront.

Ideally 6–12 months for most trips. Cruises and peak seasons may require more lead time. That said, if you’re closer in, it’s still worth us having a consultation.
